Today, we have accepted and signed the best one of those offers, and the unbelievable fact is that the offer we accepted is a few thousand dollars higher than our original asking price. 

Dear Ms. Arra, with this letter we wish to thank you for removing our worries, and for all your special personal extra effort and services for making our decision to sell our Canadian property so easy and effortless.You took care of our plans to have our property fixed, you took care of our listing, as well as the selling. In brief, we must say that this was a real "long-distance" and "remote-control" operation, from 1500 miles away, which did not require any control from our part, since you took care of all the details with obvious ease, experience, effectiveness, and instant results. Thanks to your dedication, willingness, and sincere interest in being our representative in this deal. You are a genuine professional gem among all the agents we have experienced.
